A simple visual cue before a short SATS loop
This short visual is only a cue to put the phone down, settle, and begin. Choose one small scene that would happen after fulfilment, experience it from the first-person point of view, and repeat only until it takes on the tone of reality. The useful question is not whether the picture was perfect, but whether the end felt like the present fact for those moments.

The distinction between vividness and reality is important. A dim scene can still feel personally true, while a cinematic one can remain something watched from outside.
Exactly. First-person implication is the test I return to: am I looking at a result, or am I located in the world where it has happened?
