Give people something useful

Share specific experiences, real questions with context, technique breakdowns with actual steps, and outcome reports with enough detail for another person to learn from.

Keep it independent

Coaching solicitations, self-promotion, affiliate links, lead capture, and reputation farming are not permitted. Discuss ideas and experience rather than selling access to yourself.

Speak from experience

Avoid presenting a personal conclusion as a universal rule. Explain what you assumed, what you practised, what changed, and what remains unclear.

Be human

Disagreement is welcome. Harassment, contempt, diagnosis of strangers, spam, and exposure of another member's identity are not.

Posts are checked for substance before publication. Moderators can hide, lock, or remove material that does not meet these standards.
