Overview
My Neville Goddard ("we", "the app") provides an AI study companion for the public-domain lectures and books of Neville Goddard, available on the web at mynevillegoddard.com and as native iOS and Android apps. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
Account information you provide through sign-in (email address, and for Google sign-in, your name and profile photo as supplied by Google). Your saved conversations, questions, favorites, and subscription status. Basic technical and usage data needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
To authenticate you, provide AI chat grounded in the source texts, save your conversations and favorites, process subscriptions, and maintain the security and reliability of the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Authentication & data storage
Authentication and data storage are provided by Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore). Your conversations and account records are stored in Firestore under your account identifier.
AI processing
Questions you ask are processed by Google's Gemini models to generate answers grounded in the Neville Goddard source library. Do not submit sensitive personal information in chat.
Payments
On the web, subscriptions are processed by Stripe. In the iOS and Android apps, subscriptions are processed by Apple and Google through in-app purchase. We receive subscription status to grant access; we do not receive your full payment card details.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the in-app Account screen, which permanently removes your profile, conversations, and favorites. Active store subscriptions must also be cancelled in your Apple or Google account. You may also request deletion via mynevillegoddard.com/support.
