Did Neville really invent the phrase EIYPO?

Ok just watched a new video by Joseph and in the video he said Neville didn’t invent that phrase himself but then a few mins later in the video he also said Neville later changed the phrase to everyone is your SELF pushed out. So did Neville invent it or not? I’m really confused.
