How do I change a belief at the core ?
If anyone could help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it. I want to change a few beliefs that have been with me for years and when I think I’ve got rid of them and I am in a new state it pops up again. Especially when my sp and I are in contact again I would see the old beliefs pop up and trigger me and start a cycle again .A few of them are being not chosen, not good enough, not healed

Have you tried assumption stacking (in general)? About 98% of the time, this clears an assumption at the root for me, but when it doesn't, I ask more questions eg - Why can't I be chosen? What am I getting from not being chosen? Why am I not chosen? Why isn't it safe to be chosen? Who am I not chosen by that I want to be chosen by? Then a new assumption stack to specifically deal with the answers. Buuuut... and you've probably already thought about this... there are some things for me where I keep dealing with a particular issue, and I *have* changed those base assumptions. The issue is something that is not that initial thing, but similar? Here's my today example - I have already changed my assumptions to reflect that 'I am capable'. And it was real! I did that work, and it stayed done. But I realized that the way I'd grown up, I got a lot of mixed messages (ex when I wanted more responsibility I was basically told to sit down because I'm a child, but conveniently when they wanted me to do something, oh suddenly I can do the thing - but not too well, remember you're the child, blah blah blah). So when I started to dig in to assumptions, I *did* have the assumption 'I am capable' - but I *didn't* have the assumption that 'I am a fully capable adult.' and 'I handle my life with competence and ease' and 'I am resourceful and able' and 'Adulting comes naturally to me' and 'I am capable in business (specifically)', et cetera. Did another round of assumption stacking (Claude really helps) and boom. 1 hour later I'm already noticing the mindshift. Are there areas of those recurring beliefs that you can get more specific with?
Thank you. Eventhougt this wasnt my question. Youranswer helpt me. But. Who is claude?
I use Claude AI to help me with assumption stacking! I tell Claude something like: We are going to do a bunch of assumption stacking in this thread - writing a round of affirmations that either support a new good assumption or negate an old crappy assumption. Let's assume that each round is about 50 assumptions long unless otherwise specified. Assumptions should usually be written in the present tense and often in first person point of view (but sometimes not, because we're using assumptions to describe reality). Here are some examples: I manifest what I want out of thin air. I’m constantly surrounded by beauty and luxury. Life is beautiful, and it gets more beautiful each and every day. And then any additional info I want it to know before we start off.
Thank you so much for replying to me . I have not heard about assumption stacking before if you can explain it to me that would be helpful but, I am going to try to look it up. For your example with the not chosen questions then you would basically answer those questions or make like askformations about being chosen ?how did you use Claude to stack to change the assumption in an hour ? That is amazing congratulations on doing that For me Being chosen is one of them , being prioritized, good enough
Absolutely! I wrote this the other night, I'm going to copy and paste, but if it's still not enough, let me know! (Not everyone is into Marvel, so the example might fall flat) Joseph has also talked about it on the Youtube channel! : "When you work with the Law of Assumption, you know that the things that we assume are true - for us that assume them. But we are all butting up against thousands of other assumptions that we've formed through our lived experience. Saying 'assume and persist' to manifest what you want is good advice... but it's hard to simply assume 'I am x/I have x' if you also have a thousand other assumptions butting up against that one and telling you that you're not. Do you remember in Avengers: Endgame when Steve is standing alone against Thanos and his army? He's already been fighting. He's battered. He's going to stand and fight but he's not expecting to win because holy fuck, dude, the sheer numbers are overwhelming. And then he hears 'On your left'. And then dozens of portals open, and suddenly it's not just him and a couple guys against an army, it's everyone. This scene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pFUP0HZwWM In this metaphor, Steve is your new assumption that you are persisting in to see manifested. 'I am a multi-millionaire' or 'I have clear skin' or 'I am married to my SP' or whatever it is. When you use assumption stacking, you're opening the portals and allowing your own army to spill out with new assumptions that support the thing you want. Suddenly, if you're stacking 1000 new assumptions in your favor, what you want doesn't seem so far fetched. And just like the portals open from everywhere - you have the sorcerers and the Wakandans and the folks from space and even people who don't usually fight, like Pepper Potts - new assumptions to support your desires can often come from multiple directions - if you want to be a multi millionaire, it helps to have great assumptions about money, about millionaires, about your capabilities of being a millionaire, about the people in your life who will witness you being a millionaire, about how your life will change once you are a millionaire, et cetera. You can call them affirmations - that's fine. But when I'm posting a list to this account, know that I consider it to be a one and done in most cases. I read the assumption, often saying it out loud, scribble it in my notebook, and move on. Done. New assumption installed. Shift in my worldview initiated. I don't have to keep affirming, is what I'm saying. (And if it's not fully done? It's because there's something underneath it pulling it's chain. I come from a background with multiple traumas, and safety is a big thing for me. If I install 'I am safe to do xyz thing' and it still doesn't feel safe? I need to follow that down and ask why. Why is xyz thing not safe? Oh! It's because abc. Because def. Because ghi. << Cool, now I can use that in a new stack. I'm safe to do xyz thing because abc isn't an issue. Because def isn't an issue. Because ghi isn't an issue. Etc.)" << That's what I wrote for something the other day. But taking the specific thing - being chosen - I would sit with myself and ask myself those questions I put earlier in the thread. Write them down! And then go back through and refute every single one of them. If one of your answers for 'Why am I not chosen?' is 'I am not chosen because I talk too much' then you go back and say 'I am chosen because I talk a lot. Talking too much has nothing to do with being chosen. My SP chooses me because he loves that I talk a lot. My voice and my opinions are some of the best things about me, and they lead to my being chosen.' See how that took one specific 'reason' that you assume you are not chosen because of, and turns it into four reasons why you are chosen? If you have 20 reasons that you assume that you're not chosen, but then you refute them with 80 more reasons why you ARE chosen, suddenly that assumption 'I'm not chosen' melts away. Because you've just changed 80 assumptions in your favor, and the 'bad' assumptions cannot stand against it. Once you've changed the specific items that are standing in your way - eg the answers to the questions - you can go in with a more generic assumption stack to cover any other bases. OR you can feed those negative answers into an AI and tell it to refute them and build an assumption stack to support 'I am chosen'.
Hi thanks so much for you thourough explanation of this practise. Because of the deeper understanding I now have thanks to you im finding a creativity with this practise that reaches more dept than before. What I like that assumption stacking to me comes with a sort of certainty of self because im the one that wrote them, so therefor it must be true. As it it is my reality already, ive proven it to myself by coming up with these statement. One question. Do you use this also anout very specific assumptions regarding a sp or specific cicumstance. For instance a type of behaviour from someone else? I noticed the more generelised versions seem to hit with people i dont hold resitance too, but not sp's
Yeah, of course! But I know that I have assumptions I need to work with about how fast things can work with people I know/situations that have a bit of a charge around them, so I can't speak to my personal experience with getting uber specific and having the thing happen the next day kind of deal. But getting very specific with assumptions re specific people has been how I've repaired some relationships in my life and also healed/shifted mindset in noticeable ways for how my relationships with certain people effected me before.
Wow this is a veru goos explaination off assumption stacking
