How to get my own manifestations to happen to me

All my manifestations are coming into the 3D but they are happening to the people around me and not directly to me. Can anyone tell me were I’m going wrong please. I am manifesting really well just not directly upon myself. The things I’m manifesting are happening to my friends instead.
