Manifesting SP - 3d party

I am manifesting my Sp. He still doesn't know me and lives in another country. I started doing SATS with a scene where I see our hands with wedding rings. Sometimes it is very vivid and sometimes not so. This would be my first conscious manifestation, so as you may know there are fluctuations, between being i state and looking at the 3D. I am manifesting him for a year now and I noticed that he has a girl now, out of nowhere. I can't lie it affects me when I see it in the 3D. I know that the 3D is a mirror and late to my new beliefs, but sometimes its to real. Any advices on how to stay in the state and not check the 3D, the girl, no matter what and how did you deal with your 3d parties while manifesting an SP? Good success stories would definitely help right now.
