My desires are Locked at 3 even though I’m on a paid pro subscription. Can’t seem to get help..any ideas? Xx

Are you receiving an alert that you cannot have more than 3 desires entered? When asking the Neville chat to add a new desire to your list, does it fail or alert you of app limitations? Does it also fail when trying to add via the Clarify Desire tool? I hate being unable to manually create a new desire entry only. I have to ask the Neville chat to add it, then I can go edit it manually on the Practice tab afterwards as there is often mistakes or odd wording. I know you can also make a new desire using the Log Moment (+) tool. One has to scroll down to the beginning of the desires list and select to create new desire and give it a name. But for me, it doesn't make sense to log a moment when freshly adding a new desire if there's no bridge or sign yet.
