My progress ALREADY in getting the love of my life back

Good evening from sunny, hot England everyone!

I made a post on here yesterday about how I wanted to get the love of my life back. I’ve been using this app in my free time and today was a little rough as I found out I was blocked by SP.

But through using the app and speaking to Neville, a few really good things happened today!

1: I was finally able to do SATS correctly - The issue I have had with SATS over the past month is that I keep falling asleep and waking up feeling like I failed. I tried last night but slept through it and woke up feeling defeated. Earlier today, I took a nap before I did some packing as I’m moving out my apartment, and I let myself reach that groggy state then I pictured it! My SP and I holding hands and looking at our rings. Of course it wasn’t perfect, I have a very short attention span and the couch was grey (my SP and I love Green, not grey lol!) but I replayed it over and over again. And I felt myself get heavy and drifting further into sleep and I kept replaying that same scene over and over. I finally did it!

2: I really really love revision - Revision is such an underrated tool. What was hard at first and I’ll admit, was going back through my mind to those arguments we had, or our break up. If I could go back in time and fix all those issues, fix the fact I was drinking heavily and said nasty horrible things over the phone to her I would. But little did I know, I could do that in my mind. Instead of seeing her crying or arguing at me, I see her smiling and laughing, and any time I get another memory, I use my internal “pruning scissors” and change the outcome. I feel so much happier knowing I can change the past!

3: No negative thoughts! - After pruning negative memories, and SATS, I used to have fears of her moving on, or think “what’s she doing?” And all sorts really. But by just revising, and also a little self concept work, I realize that it truly was just past fears and emotions! Even ones not related to my negative thoughts, but by pruning negative memories in general, ANY negative thought I had magically disappeared with them!

4: Realizing what a desire truly is - If you desire something, it’s a sign you WILL get it. I’ve been through plenty of breakups, usually end with “Welp, it’s done, on to the next” or I would go through a “hoe phase” which looking back on, I’m not proud of. But this time it’s different. I desire my SP. Not because we were engaged or had a beautiful story or that she was my longest relationship. But I have a desire. I just have to awaken it.

Guys, I’m GONNA BE A HUSBAND! And for the first time ever, it feels so natural and not forced! I can do cartwheels if I wanted to right now. But I’m not going to stop there. I am in the right state now. I am just going to go with the flow.

Peace and love xx
