My SP came back but has left again

He came back. Randomly texted and asked if I were busy. We FaceTimed them eventually spent the whole week together. Then I saw a 3rd party call. He’s saying we are not together so I shouldn’t be worried and he doesn’t want to be with her. I felt like he and I were reconnecting but due to me reacting to the 3rd party his tolerance for negativity is low. I love this man but this is exhausting.
