Sp manifestation - now 5th y

I managed contact after 2y of nc. But that’s 3y ago now, so +5y now. He writes every 3m approx sometimes less. He initiates but then nothing, says he ‘cant control himself around me, scared to meet. We met on Tinder, he ghosted me but then took me in and ghosted. He has many good sides though. Im strangely in love with him but it drains me. Should l give up? I tried all methods and stick to it every day
