💬 Discussiongeneral
Welcome: what makes a useful Neville community discussion?
A useful thread gives another reader something concrete to understand or try. Name the state, assumption, technique, or difficulty; explain what you observed; and leave room for honest disagreement. This community is independent: coaching solicitation, affiliate links, and reputation farming are not part of it. What kind of careful discussion would help your practice most?

I would also value respectful failure reports. Knowing what someone misunderstood or overcomplicated can be as useful as a polished result.
Agreed. An imperfect result with clear observation belongs here; certainty theatre does not. The quality standard is usefulness, not pretending every attempt was flawless.
Specific timelines help me most: what was practised, what changed internally, and what happened externally. That makes a success story useful without turning one person’s sequence into a universal formula.
