What does living from the end look like on an ordinary workday?
It is easy to turn “living from the end” into constant monitoring: checking thoughts, circumstances, and mood every few minutes. A calmer interpretation is to notice the old state without making it an emergency, then return to the identity for whom the desire is already settled. What small, natural differences show up in your attention, inner speech, or decisions when you do that?

For me the change is mostly conversational. I stop rehearsing explanations for why it has not happened and return to the kind of inner sentence I would naturally have after resolution.
The day also becomes less ceremonial. I can answer email, make lunch, and solve problems without asking each action to prove or disprove the assumption.
