Step by step

  1. 1

    Open the Advisor and tap ☰ in the top-left.

  2. 2

    Tap New conversation to start without the previous conversation’s message history.

  3. 3

    Use Search conversations and messages to find an older exchange.

  4. 4

    Tap a conversation to reopen it.

  5. 5

    Tap ⋯ beside a conversation to Rename, Archive, Clear, or Delete it.

  6. 6

    Archived conversations can be found through the list and unarchived from the same menu.
