Need a hand? This page covers the most common questions about accounts, subscriptions, and the app.
Account & sign-in
Sign in with email and password or with Google. If you have trouble signing in, make sure you are using the same method you signed up with.
Subscriptions
In the mobile apps, manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Subscriptions) account. Use "Restore Purchases" on the Account screen if a purchase isn't reflected. On the web, use "Manage Billing".
Deleting your account
Open the Account screen in the app and choose "Delete Account" to permanently remove your data. Remember to also cancel any active store subscription.
