Control notifications and Advisor check-ins

Step by step

1. 1

   Under Notification settings, turn Notifications from Neville on or off.

2. 2

   Individually choose Advisor check-ins, Practice reminders, Progress & achievements, and Tips & app updates.

3. 3

   Under Neville Advisor, enable or disable proactive check-ins.

4. 4

   Choose a fixed time or time window, frequency, preferred techniques, and whether quiet hours apply when those options are enabled.

5. 5

   Community notifications are controlled separately under Community → Profile & avatar.
