Why am I not receiving a reminder?

Check the reminder itself, account preferences, and device permission.

Where to find itPractice → Reminders and You → Settings

Step by step

    Open Practice → Reminders → Manage and confirm that the reminder is On and has the intended local time.

  2. 2

    Open You → Settings → Notification settings and confirm that notifications and Practice reminders are enabled.

  3. 3

    Check the operating system or browser settings and allow notifications for Neville AI.

  4. 4

    Confirm that the device timezone is correct.

  5. 5

    For Community replies, check Community → Profile & avatar instead.
