What syncs between devices?

Account data generally follows your sign-in; audio notes remain on the device where you wrote them.

Sign into the same account on the other device.

Desires, practices, reminders, routines, conversations, Journey data, and account preferences load from your account.

Audio notes are saved locally on the current device and do not currently sync.

If account data looks stale, check the connection and reopen the relevant screen.
